I am not sure if National Daughters' Day is an actual holiday, and I am not even sure 9/24/15 is the right day to celebrate NDD if it is. But I DO know that, on the 267th day of 2015, as I do every day, I felt really connected to these ladies. I mean I know parental convention states that I should love them, but I REALLY do. I feel so connected to them, their mannerisms, their jokes, their activities. I loved helping Anna with her math homework tonight and rushing home from work a few minutes early so I could catch the last 2 minutes of Alexa's FH game (another 3-0 win!). I loved listening to their prayers and comments at Church tonight (Thursday church since, ironically, the Pope's visit is cancelling our Church's Sunday Services). I love watching them grow and turn into young ladies...I cannot wait to see how our connections continue to develop. <3
