Busy day of meetings at work on 9/1/2015, the 244th day of 2015. But the connection I enjoyed this evening was between me and the pool at the gym I attend (albeit sporadically) as I capped off a hot, humid day with a great swimming workout. It's great to connect with my thoughts as I move back and forth in the pool and the cooling effects of the water was appreciated tonight! I also enjoyed the connections Alexa and her team made on the way back from soccer practice tonight, as we gathered at Yummies for a post-exercise treat! YUM!
