1/2/2015 and the Second (2nd) Day of 2015, for me, was a focus on the family. We pretty much had a family filled day, and an awesome family dinner with extended family, and the day included family recipes being handed down, familial trips to the mall (thank God for nieces who can drive now), and good family discussion. No matter what connections we have in this life, the ones that are with family are so, so important. The family from which we've come, the family with which we live, and the family that may be in the future. Fun to think about all of those connections today and realize how blessed I am to be a part of an amazing family, on all branches of the tree!
