On the 15th Day of 2015 (1/15/15), I found myself at one of my favorite places on campus, the HR Learning and Education Center. Yes, I know, I am a Professional Development geek, but today I (FINALLY) completed the AMP-UP Program (details above). Yes, it took me a while after the Cohort 1 completion to remediate the missing session, I really enjoyed today's session and glad to be complete. The AMP-UP program is so excellent in that it not only provides an opportunity for professional development, but also provides the participants with a new network of cross-campus colleagues. And the CONNECTIONS with my mates from Cohort 1 continue to this day and, as my colleague (who was remediating from Cohort 3 today) stated when she got her certificate, when we remediate, we get the benefit of ANOTHER network (more connections) of colleagues.
