On this last day of the first month of 2015 (1/31/2015), I enjoyed watching my daughter hang with her best friend in a vacant gym and shoot baskets. The 31st day of 2015 was filled with a LOT of basketball as there were two Rec games and two Travel games for which we assisted in running the clock. But after all was said and done, these two shot baskets, and talked, and the connection that my daughter has with this friend (and with MANY of her friends, for that matter), makes me smile.
