Canine Connections

The 22nd Day of 2015 (1/22/15) was a tiring day.  Not a bad day, but tiring nontheless.  And, when I got home, I laid on the couch.  And, the amazing thing about my dog, Skylar, is she KNEW I was tired and she came over to hang out with me.  Pets are amazing in the connections they can foster with their owners.  I obviously cannot converse with the dog, by Skylar still connected with me, comforted me, made me laugh.  So, I will remember when she frustrates me with muddy paws and an inability to listen, that, in many other times, she connects with and comforts us.
