Pay It Forward

The 17th Day of 2015 (1/17/2015) was the beginning of pay it forward weekend.  I spent a lot of time volunteering to help a few organizations today, only one of which my kids actually participate in. But other kids were there and ensuring that they had a great experience, and helping the adults that were working with them is important to me.  And, as the kids get better at their sports or their tasks, as they get more confidence, hopefully they will move on to helping others younger than them.  How we model our kindness for the children (ours and others that are watching us more than we know) is so important.  The connections we make with these kids will continue to grow in the connections they make with others and, as with the old shampoo commercial, and so on and so on and so on!
