Watching our kids grow up

I love Sundays.  And 7/26/15 (the 207th day of 2015) was no exception.  Started great at Church, and ended with a nice cookout with long time friends and some family as well.  And, as I looked at my nephew, who is going into his senior year of high school and then looked over to my own kids, growing and maturing each and every day (OK, maybe I am feeling it more because of Alexa's ears being pierced this weekend, a milestone indeed), and then looked over at the kids of our friends, no longer babies anymore - and getting so big.  There was a nice connection for me, tonight, of where our kids were, where they are now, and where they might be soon.  It was nice!
