7/8/15 was the 189th day of 2015 and was a usual day filled with work, Little League (yes, again, in Harrison Township this time, watching Alexa's team in the Sectional Tournament), and family time....but a few times today, I found myself in the elevator, talking to people. Too many times, people just get into elevators and pretend that they are the only one in there. I like holding the doors for people and making conversation. It's another way to connect - yes, sometimes people think it is too much and turn away or refuse to make eye contact (I give up on those connections), but I think, usually, you get an unexpected smile and sometimes you meet new people!
