Today, 7/15/15, is the 196th day of 2015. And, driving in, listening to Mike and Mike on ESPN Radio, I realized it was the Espy Awards Night, and the coinciding Jimmy V Auction on ESPN. And, for the first time, amazingly, I heard the speech that Jim Valvano gave 22 years ago at the Espys. And I really connected to the three things that Jimmy V, stated we should do each day: Laugh, Think, and have your emotions moved to Cry (in happiness or sorrow). Laugh, Think, Cry .... I connect with that in a really meaningful way. And, today, as I do many days (and I need to make sure I do EVERY day) .
