Connected, Even When Far Away

7/20/15 was the 201st day of 2015.  And, although we lost our softball playoff game tonight, today was still a great day.  Why?, you ask.  Because I was surprised with a lunch invite from a friend who was in town for a few days.  And, even though he works far away, in the Middle East, and I have not seen him in person for about two years, when we got together for lunch, we were connected in conversation as if we'd only been apart for a few days.  I love connections with long-time friends and I am glad that the connections can stay in force, even when we are so far apart physically.
