Serendipitous Connections

Day #91 was an awesome day.  It was warmer out on 4/1/15, I guess Mother Nature realized the entire month of March was a bad April Fools Prank, and the day went well (although filled with a lot of meetings).  But the most amazing connection realized today was one with a student.  I met him on Leadership Weekend, over a year ago.  But, in the Fall, the fates crossed our paths as I walked to my car from my new office in the FB.  We spoke, I heard about his interest in a program that I knew an alumnus had also done.  So, I connected them.  And the alumnus gave the student some great advice and support and, today, I found out the student got into the program!  He thanked me, but I should have thanked him back.  Because I got a lot of joy from a successful set of connections, and I am so happy!
