I went to work on 4/6/15. But, with permission, I left early on the 96th day of 2015 to get to Citizens Bank Park for the Phillies' Opening Day Game. And, although they lost, and badly, I had a great time with my kids, my Godson, and friends from our community. And connections and memories were made and I thought of all the Opening Days that I had been to in the past, with my Dad, with my friends. And Social Media allowed me to reconnect with those same folks and they posted comments to my pictures. And, the beauty of it all is that, on Opening Day, all the teams have a chance....OK, I know it's not our year this year, but it was beautiful weather and I loved being there.
