Reconnecting to Advising

6/25/2015 was the 176th day of 2015.  And it was a return of sorts to me as I had my first meetings (by FaceTime and Skype no less) with my pre-major advisees.  It is nice to be re-connected to advising, even if (or maybe especially with) a smaller set of students for which I am responsible.  The meetings went well, I had to call a few times for clarifications, but it was great to speak with these students and help them on their paths.  Reminds me what working at Penn is all about.... looking forward to more this weekend!
